What is the difference between the Consumer Pass and the Pro Pass?+
The Consumer Pass ($20) is general admission to the Sunday, Sept 13th Market only (10 AM – 4:30 PM). The 2-Day Pro Pass ($65) grants access to both Sunday and Monday Market Expo days, tailored for beauty and barber industry professionals.
What does the Get-Access Pass include?+
The Get-Access Pass ($395) is a $510 value bundle that includes: '70s Theme Party, Sun & Mon Market admission, 2 educational sessions per day, 4 Look & Learn classes, Sunday night Diaspora Culture showcase, Monday night Beauty & the Barber Awards, and an exclusive AHS Goody Bag.
Are tickets refundable or transferable?+
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee by contacting us at least 48 hours before the event start date.
Do I need a separate ticket for the Beauty & the Barber Awards Gala?+
Yes. The Beauty & the Barber Awards ($65) and the Diaspora Culture showcase ($45) are signature events that require separate tickets unless you hold the Get-Access Pass.
Will I receive a physical or digital ticket?+
After purchase via Stripe, you will receive a digital confirmation email with your ticket QR code. Present this at check-in on event day.
Are there group or bulk ticket discounts?+
We offer group rates for teams of 5 or more. Email info@buor-beauty.com with your team size and desired passes for a custom quote.
What payment methods are accepted?+
All major credit and debit cards are accepted through our secure Stripe checkout. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available where supported.
Is there a deadline to buy tickets?+
Online ticket sales close at 11:59 PM CT on Saturday, Sept 12, 2026 — the day before the summit opens. Limited tickets may be available at the door depending on capacity.
